Properties available for sale are at unprecedented low levels and this simple supply shortage should ensure that prices in the local area remain strong.

The Bank of England have said they will do what is required to support the economy if needed and this could well mean a reduction in interest rates.

If you are thinking of moving home in the near future now is still a good time to sell with a distinct lack of competition in most areas of the market.

It is also possible that investors might start to look outside of the capital for their returns and could start looking up north for greater value and less risk, if that’s the case then Brexit will just be a speed bump and not the road block some are predicting.
