We believe it is worth putting some careful thought into finding a new rental property to call home and getting yourself prepared. Here are a few tips to get yourself prepared to rent and give you a chance of being successful with your search :

Tenants and landlords each have rights, as well as legal responsibilities to one another, it is crucial to understand what they are, and what to expect.
- Start budgeting
If you havent looked into your finances, it is a really important step, landlords and lettings agents often select tenants based on credit checks and an element of these checks will look at your affordability.
- Finding somewhere
First establish a criteria and register for alerts from local agents, and Rightmove - who will notify you should anything in your criteria come to market. When a property that suits you does become available you will have the greatest chance of success by acting FAST. Our advice is arrange a viewing as soon as you can and make a decision equally as FAST if possible.
